"Taxes could probably get by on Sean Orr's stage banter alone (he even brought an ice pack), but happily the music's pretty damn good too. They have that same dancey, post-punk feel that two of my former local favourites - the Red Light Sting and Blue Grey Dots - had, albeit without the keyboards and they're a little more sprawling and experimental than the latter. I can see these guys quickly becoming one of my favourite local acts, so
